ASSEMBLY LINES
An assembly line in the automotive sector is an industrial system designed to assemble components or sub-assemblies sequentially and automatically, using a series of workstations.
Each station performs a specific operation—manual, semi-automatic, or automatic—on a pallet customized to the product being transported, enabling continuous, efficient, and standardized production.
Light Series. Model NT 810 16 and 820 26.
Double-line pallet conveyors with custom-designed tooling for the product being transported.
Two drive options: end motor (unidirectional) or center motor (bidirectional).

Heavy-duty series. Model NT 870 00 and 871 10
Double-line accumulation conveyors for pallets with custom-designed tooling tailored to the product being transported.
Two drive options: end motor (unidirectional) or center motor (bidirectional).

Pallet Return. Model NT 860 00
Double-track conveyors with front-mounted drives and pallet return via the bottom track.
Due to the low friction of this system, it allows for a large number of pallets, high load capacity, and linear transport lengths of up to 20 meters with a single drive.

SPECIAL STATIONS
In the industrial sector, specialized workstations are workstations specifically designed to perform particular operations within a production or assembly line, typically associated with processes requiring high precision, automation, quality control, or specific technical adaptations.
These workstations can be manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated, and are custom-developed according to the needs of the production process.

- Riveting stations
Workstations designed to join metal components or composite materials using rivets, ensuring a strong, precise, and repeatable fastening within vehicle manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Clipping stations
Assembly process used to join or secure components using clips, staples, or mechanical fasteners, allowing for fast, safe, and repeatable assembly without the need for welding or complex screws.
- Screwing stations
Designed to perform screw fastening operations in a controlled, precise, and repetitive manner within vehicle and automotive component assembly processes.
These stations integrate electric, pneumatic, or servo-controlled tools capable of applying specific tightening torques, guaranteeing the quality, safety, and traceability of each joint made during production.
- Vision Station
Machine vision in the automotive sector is an industrial technology based on cameras, sensors, and image processing software that allows for the automatic, real-time inspection, identification, measurement, and verification of components or manufacturing processes.

- Manual Workstation
