RANGE OF ACCESORIES

NT 600 3X - Rotation table

Pallet rotation system designed for manual and automated workstations. This type of station allows pallets to be rotated either 90° or 180°, depending on the process.

These stations can be equipped with an RFID system, enabling automatic pallet redirection.

They are available in two types:

  • NT 600 30 - Pneumatic drive
  • NT 600 35 - Electric drive

NT 600 4X - Pallet lifters

Pallet lifting/lowering system for all types of pallets. Depending on the drive type, pneumatic systems allow for two stops, while electric systems allow for multiple stops.

These systems can be equipped with: safety barriers, RFID systems, pallet tooling opening and closing systems, etc.

They are available in two types:

  • NT 600 40 - Pneumatic drive
  • NT 600 45 - Electric drive

NT 600 5X - Pallet transfer

90° pallet transfer. This type of transfer adapts to the pallet base and can incorporate chain conveyors, rollers, toothed belts, belts, etc. These stations can be equipped with an RFID system, allowing for automatic pallet redirection.

They are available in two types:

  • NT 600 50 - Pneumatic drive
  • NT 600 55 - Electric drive

NT 600 6X - Elevation systems

Electric lifting system for manual and automatic workstations. It can be integrated into both conveyors and workstations, allowing the operator to adjust the working height. The conveyor lifting systems allow for return via the lower track.

  • These lifting tables allow the workstation to be raised and lowered by +/- 300 mm.
  • Load capacity up to 500 kg.
  • Operation can be either manual or automatic.
  • The system features a memory function for different settings without operator intervention.

NT 600 7X - Diverter

Parcel sorting line diverter.

They are available in two types:

  • NT 600 70 - Pneumatic drive:

parcel is always diverted to the same side.

  • NT 600 70 - Electric drive:

This type of omnidirectional diverter allows the parcel to be diverted to the right, left, or allowed to continue straight ahead.

NT 600 8X - Shuttle

They can be of two types:

  • NT 600 80 - Autonomous Shuttle

Designed to move along guide rails installed at ground level, leaving space available for the passage of people and goods. It can be equipped with any type of conveyor and has an autonomous battery for more than one work shift, as well as safety systems for operators (no safety fencing required).

  • NT 600 85 - Guided Shuttle Designed to move along guide rails.

This type of shuttle can be equipped with any type of conveyor and an electric turning system for making multiple stops.

NT 600 9X - Pallet exchange system

The pallet exchanger can be adapted to different work processes:

  • Changing the pallet seat from one type of pallet to another.
  • Changing the pallet seat from one line to another.
  • Removing the pallet seat to a buffer so that the empty pallet can return to the beginning of the line.

All these systems are designed to minimize operator intervention and streamline processes.
